We have been doing Corporate Catering, Wedding Catering Services and Spit Braai Food Services Since 2002, and decided to Merge Cocktails and Caviar and My Bar, add the service on to our mobile bar company. We can cater for up to 3000 guests.

Our meat comes from Certified Halaal Suppliers.

We only do quality Spit Braais, meat is handpicked and AAA grade meat, We DON'T disguise sheep as lamb.

There are many catering options to choose from. We do all Outdoor Catering from Weddings to Event catering and Street food style.

We only do local catering for spit braais. Howick to Ballito to Amanzimtoti unless we are doing the full package, bar services or events management. Then will we travel further to the outer areas, our spit braai are served in Chaffing dishes.
